Jouw speelveld

You will work with two dedicated Technical Product Owners (Retail & Online), each with their own development teams, giving you full ownership over two high-impact product streams. Online is where we manage the front-end ourselves — a unique opportunity to shape UX and player journeys in real time. Retail requires tight vendor coordination and deep alignment with shop operations.

This role is a rare chance to lead end-to-end product development across both the physical and digital realms of Sportsbook — at the heart of one of the Netherlands’ most recognisable betting brands.

In this role, you will operate at the intersection of strategy, product development, and player experience. In this way, you directly contribute to a happy, healthy and sporty Netherlands. As a Product Manager Sportsbookyou score by:

You manage two channels, two suppliers, and two Technical Product Owners — but you own the holistic player experience.
You influence both strategy and execution, with hands-on control over the Online Sportsbook front-end.
You play a critical role in how TOTO shows up across shops and screens — with national visibility and direct business impact.
You operate in a fast-paced, performance-driven team, with short feedback loops and real ownership.

Online Sportsbook:

Full control over the player-facing front-end experience, including bet placement flows, event discovery, promotions, and personalised content.
Drive performance and engagement in a dynamic, data-rich environment.
Continuously optimise UX and usability across web and app.

Retail Sportsbook:

Manage the product in close coordination with our retail supplier and Technical Product Owner Retail.
Ensure the in-store betting journey is simple, consistent, and fully aligned with operational needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders in retail ops, shop marketing, and compliance.

Across both domains, you will:

Define and deliver the Sportsbook product vision and roadmap, in alignment with business goals.
Translate market insights, regulatory trends, and user feedback into product features.
Work cross-functionally with CRM, Marketing, Customer Service, Traders, Legal, and RG teams.
Balance performance KPIs with responsible gambling principles.
Coordinate between suppliers, internal developers, and stakeholders to ensure delivery excellence.

Jouw talent

5+ years of experience in product management — ideally in Sportsbook, gaming, or a high-scale transactional digital platform.
Understanding of both Retail and Online betting environments.
Strong grasp of UX flows and frontend product ownership.
Experience working with external suppliers and internal development teams simultaneously.
Languages: Fluent in English is a must, it would be preferred if you are fluent in Dutch too.

Furthermore, for this vacancy, you are experienced working with external suppliers and internal development teams simultaneously. And excellent stakeholder management skills across tech, commercial, and compliance domains.

Jouw score

In your capacity as Product Manager Sportsbook.we offer you:

a salary between €5.300,- and €7.800,- gross per month, depending on your experience
a full-time position
a bonus scheme.
you can enjoy a healthy and varied lunch in our corporate restaurant for €3.25.

Your workplace? Our office in Rijswijk is effectively where you do your work, but you mainly work in a place that best suits what you do. See below for other terms and conditions of employment.
